Build this with us

We're assembling the people who'll run experiences in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. If you care about good evenings and the details that make them, put your hand up.

Where you could help

These are the areas we're building. Some may be part-time, volunteer or project-based to start.

  • City operationsKeep each city's calendar running smoothly, from logistics to suppliers.
  • Event curation and researchFind formats, hosts and ideas worth putting on, and test them.
  • Music and artist partnershipsBuild relationships with musicians, bands and jam leaders.
  • Art workshop curationScout facilitators and shape workshops beginners will love.
  • Venue partnershipsVisit spaces, assess fit and agree on terms with venues.
  • Community buildingGrow the group chats, welcome newcomers and turn guests into regulars.
  • Marketing and contentTell the story through social, email and the site.
  • Photography and videographyCapture experiences honestly, with consent from people in the room.
  • Event hosting and on-ground executionRun the room on the night: set-up, welcome, pace and pack-down.

Express your interest

Paid, volunteer or personal. Events you've run and communities you're part of all count.

Why this, why now?

Sending this form is an expression of interest. It is not a job application for a specific vacancy and doesn't guarantee a role or paid engagement.

What happens next

We read every submission. If there's a fit with what we're building in your city, someone from the team will email you to set up a conversation.

We'll only use your details to consider you for involvement and won't share them outside the team.
